No pressure, no confusion — just a focused session where you learn how to actually train your body with purpose. We’ll break down your form, activate the right muscles, and guide you through a structured workout so you leave feeling confident and in control. During your session: • Glute activation and proper warm-up • Form correction and hands-on coaching • A targeted workout based on your level • Guidance on how to train moving forward This is where everything starts to click.
