No gym. Just guidance. This one-on-one session is designed for you to train effectively from home with confidence. You’ll be guided through a glute-focused workout using minimal or no equipment — so you can build your body without needing a gym environment. Everything is simple, intentional, and tailored to you. During your session: • A guided at-home glute workout you can follow anywhere • Form coaching and modifications based on your space + equipment • Glute activation and proper movement breakdown • A clear understanding of how to train on your own This is where you learn how to make home workouts actually work.
